Amy & Matt’s wedding was all about family and party, with a cocktail style wedding utilising the outside area and conservatory for dancing & mingling – highly recommended for Ravensthorpe weddings! The theme included beautiful soft florals, with the VW beetle brought to Ravensthorpe especially by Amy’s Dad – complete with vintage luggage on top! Dad was also more nervous than Amy to walk down the aisle but ended up the life of the party – the dancing Queen (or King)! Amy was bubbly & cheerful all day and the most stunning pregnant bride. I also had the best fun loving wedding party!
We have been so busy with a cracker wedding season that I neglected to post this wonderful Stop Motion video of Shantel and Travis. It is one of my favourites as my bride and groom really got into the fun of it. Sometimes a groom just goes along with the flow and says ‘ok’ to whatever whacky plan I come up with – but in this case Travis was all over it with great ideas of his own and we had the best time! I particularly enjoyed helping throw tennis balls at the poor boys! Once again I was lucky enough to be shooting at the lovely Ravensthorpe. I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it! What can I say about this amazing couple except WOW! The Ceremony was held at the same church that Elettra’s mum and dad were married – so romantic. I don’t think Liam was quite ready for most of the ceremony to be in Italian, however he faked comprehension like a pro! Talking of Liam, he was really involved in the planning for the wedding, and I just love it when I have a groom that has an opinion!
We had a photo shoot at Killalea State Park, and once again I was lucky enough to have the Reception at Ravensthorpe and get to work with the lovely Deb and Jim, who always look after us so beautifully.
